Came here for lunch and the restaurant wasn't too busy. I find this location nicer and cleaner than the location near the mall. The drive thru is always busy so I eat inside. Food was consistent and good. Certainly much better than other fast food joints. I can eat here without feeling unwell and I can't say that about the burger boys. I usually stick with the chicken and black beans. It seems to me like the chickens have gotten smaller over the last two years of me being a customer. The boiled yucca is very good if you want a non-fried side. I've also eaten the pork and the ribs. I'd strongly recommend the pulled pork if you want to pass on chicken for a day. I'll be back again I'm sure

I haven't been to Pollo Tropical in awhile but this was convenient so we stopped in at 2:45 on a Friday. It was packed! I mean 10 people standing in line and a full drive thru packed! What are they giving something away?!?! We finally reached the cashier who seemed less than thrilled to be taking our order but they best part was I barely understood her. Her accent was so heavy, I thought she was speaking Spanish! My boyfriend had to translate her English to regular English for me! Despite the long line, we received our food rather quickly. I got a chicken avocado club wrap minus the bacon and a side of yucca fries. My bf had the same thing but in a bowl. Mine was good and I enjoyed the always delicious cilantro cream garlic sauce. He said his bowl looked good and should have tasted good but it was very bland. He tried the pineapple rum sauce and loved it! He said he could drink it lol! All in all it was an average fast casual experience but I don't know what all the fuss is about. Side note: as we continued to drive West on Pines Blvd. I noticed there is another Pollo less than 1 mile away. I wonder if it's as busy...

This place is so convenient! I know sometimes the lines are long but I rather eat Pollo tropical as a fast food option than McDonald's, BK or Wendy's. Their food is good and they don't mess up the order too often. And their receipts always have coupons for a future visit. It's a good deal. The only thing that sometimes sucks is that the 1/4 chicken is small and leaves me hungry. I suggest you always ask for the light/white meat for a bigger portion. Don't forget their cilantro sauce! It's so good!!!!

This Pollo Tropical is so filthy they don't know how to clean the only good thing was the food but the floor and tables were filthy including the bathroom

I USED to love this location... that is until my husband and I got food poisoning within a week from each other. The staff was nice and the food tasted fine. I had my usual quesadilla chicken salad with yuca fries and garlic cilantro sauce. He ate only half of his 1/4 chicken with corn and boiled yuca with garlic cilantro sauce before he got sick. He was sick for 3 DAYS!!! I was sick for 2 days. I called the store and the phone rang without answer. I called customer service, and the agent transferred me to the "Risk Manager" named Silvia who never returned my call.

On drive thru It takes 30+ to get ur order. I don't get it why they take so long to get the orders and deliver at the window.

I've had numerous problems with this place. The latest was when I went and bought a family chicken meal with all dark meat. The manager told me I couldn't get all dark meat because they had to make sure they had enough dark meat for the night! Hello, am I not at a chicken place! The guy in the back who was cooking the chicken was very rude. I guess what should you expect from a grown man that cooks chicken for a living. I will not go back.

Love this location. Never had a problem. Very timely. I just wished personnel remind the employees in the drive thru to smile. They may need to speak to Chick fil-a's drive thru crew, they're always cheerful.

One of the best pollo tropical around. Always fresh food and nice friendly staff. I always have the grilled chicken or the tropi chop with yellow rice. Best "healthy" fast food. Good for a night when you just don't feel like slaving over the stove.

Fast friendly restaurant. Always clean and stocked with all necessary items. I've eaten in and done the drive-thru. A+ always. What gets me is when they see an infant they run and get the chair for you..
